Our Team
OctoNerv is led by innovators focused on advancing reconstructive technology through engineering discipline, clinical collaboration, and practical design.
Steven G. Breeden — Founder & CEO
Steven G. Breeden is the creator of the Electronic Breast Nipple Implant (EBNI) and the founder of OctoNerv LLC. With a strong background in technical development and product innovation, he recognized a clear gap in post-mastectomy reconstruction: existing methods often fail to provide lasting projection or a natural, responsive look and feel.
His work has led to the development of EBNI’s functional electronic prototype, integrating micro-actuators, BLE communication, wireless charging, and companion software designed for clinical use. Steven continues to lead engineering direction, regulatory strategy, and partnership development.
Tremayne Cunningham — Spokeswoman & Public Relations Lead
Tremayne Cunningham represents OctoNerv’s mission to survivors, clinicians, investors, and partner institutions. She brings extensive expertise in public communication, health advocacy, and patient-focused engagement.
Her role ensures all discussions around EBNI—whether scientific, clinical, or public— are communicated with clarity, accuracy, and purpose. She helps maintain strong ties with survivor communities and supports global outreach as the technology advances.
